Name of Event
Include the category - before the name of the event
Ex) Fundraiser - Support Your Local Team
Ex) Entertainment - XYZ Band at Local Tavern
Ex) Pop Up - XYZ coffee at ABC company
Ex) Dinner - Vegetarian Fare Tonight at XYZ
Ex) Meet and Greet - Town Supervisor X is speaking at Y about Z
Location
Include as many details as you'd like but keep it PC/kid friendly
About Us
Describe who you are, why you're putting on the event, and if anyone else is partnering up with you to put it on. If you are donating a portion of the profits definitely include that too!
